2005 - We fall in love with the Aegean and buy a house in Bodrum
2019 - We go hiking around Bafa Lake and Heraklia and fall in love with the place
2020 - Bryan begins a permaculture course to learn about sustainable land management
2021 - After a long search we buy the Gilroy's olive grove in Pinarcik, Milas
2022 - Aysen registers as a farmer, establishes the Gilroy's company and Bryan gets his permaculture designer certificate
2022 - We do our very first harvest, press our oil on the same day and get fantastic lab results
